Our Appraiser

Darryn Brick is the founder of Darryn Brick Appraisals and has been involved in the property industry since 2012. Darryn is nearing 10 years of Appraisal experience in Property and Moveable assets and was appointed as a Sworn Appraiser to the Master of the High Court in terms of the Administration of Estates Act 1965 by the Master of the High Court (Cape Town) in 2014. In addition to his vast experience in Appraisals, Darryn enjoys full qualifications as both a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (NQF L5) and a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (NQF L4) under the auspices of the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
